The Canyon Heights PAC Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 13, 2016, in the school library, beginning at 7pm. The more parents who attend, the better, as the PAC is for all parents! The more voices we hear, the better job we can do working for our school community to benefit all children at Canyon Heights. To help parents with younger children attend, childminding is available, so please let us know by contacting lynnelreinson@yahoo.cl via email.
Presenter and Facilitator is Lynnel Reinson, CHPAC Parent Education Coordinator
_______________
"How to Help our Kids Learn How to Bounce Back" focusing on how responsibility and resilience go together.
Parenting Workshop date to be set at the PAC meeting Monday evening-- This workshop is in response to the positive feedback we heard following "The Power of Do vs. Don't" workshop in November 2015. Parents wanted to explore more, which we can do together. Coffee and childminding available, as well as any supplies we might use. All you need to do is show up! We hope to see lots of parents out at this busy time of year- What we'll discuss goes a long way toward lower-stress family life via building a better understanding of kids' ways!
