Welcome to the online source for Canyon Heights Elementary Parent Advisory Council (PAC). All parents at our school are a part of our PAC. We hope for and welcome your input and participation throughout the school year! The PAC plans and supports additional activities for our school community all year long. Rainfall/Wind warning today

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

Environment Canada has issued the following rainfall and wind warning for Metro Vancouver for November 12, 2015:

Rainfall could exceed 100 mm on the North Shore with a significant risk of damaging winds.

The BC River Forecast Centre has issued a High Streamflow Advisory affecting the North Shore, including Seymour, Lynn, Capilano, and Coquitlam Rivers and surrounding small streams:

Parents and guardians are urged to carefully monitor children in their care who may play or visit areas in the vicinity of rivers and streams.

Please be extra cautious when walking and driving and watch for pedestrians, especially in school zones.
